White Ganache

4 ounces white chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup heavy cream

Bring heavy crème to boil. Chop white chocolate in pieces and butter in mixing bowl. Pour boiling crème over chocolate and butter; let sit for one (1) minute. Stir until well combined (smooth).
